English Club Meeting

Location: Lytle – Room 206

WELCOME BACK!

Alright…there’s a lot going on as we kick off this semester. The first daytime meeting on 9/6 went wonderfully well. We had a Lytle 206 almost filled with members and non-members. During the meeting, the officers introduced themselves, outlined their ambitious plans for the year, and four pizzas were consumed!

The next meeting will be this Wednesday (9/12) at 5pm in Lytle 206. This meeting is a repeat of our daytime meeting sans pizza. If you were not able to make it to the daytime meeting, this meeting would be a great one to get yourself to because you will learn about the club, what we want to do, and some wonderful opportunities to get involved in the community, in our university, and in our club.

We are also still putting names in for a $10 gift card to the KU Bookstore. The only way to be entered into the drawing is by being present at the meeting. After the 9/12 meeting, an officer (and quite possibly an adviser) will pick one entry by random and we will let everyone know (via the email you address you give to us) whom the winner is. A copy of the meeting minutes will be emailed as well. So please check and make sure that “englishclub@kutztown.edu” is in your contact list so our emails aren’t sent to your junk mail/spam folder.

Too Much News To Post!

Please check out the updated Meeting Minutes and look at all the upcoming events and special information.

One very important piece of information is the upcoming officer elections. Please actively take part in the elections as they are how the club functions.
